American superstar Pink, known for her energetic and high-octane performances, had to cancel her concert in Bern, Switzerland, just hours before she was set to hit the stage. Insiders informed The Sun that her medical team advised her against performing due to illness.

Having recently completed her Summer Carnival Tour shows in the UK, Pink is now touring around Europe. The cancellation of her performance in Bern’s Wankdorf Stadium came as a shock to fans and was a difficult decision for the singer. A source revealed, “Pink has cancelled her show in Bern on doctor’s orders. She has been working so hard on the road and the performances are always high octane with loads of stunts. This, naturally, takes a toll on her and she has been advised to take a break. The call to cancel the gig was a hard one for her to make because she hates letting down her fans.”

Pink, who is celebrated for her hits such as “So What?”, “Who Knew?”, “You Make Me Sick,” and “Raise Your Glass,” is also renowned for her breathtaking stunts during performances. Her shows often feature death-defying wirework, with the singer flying and spinning over the heads of her audience, making each performance a unique and exhilarating experience.

The tour promoter issued a statement expressing their regret over the cancellation: “It is with great regret that we have to cancel Pink’s concert on Wednesday, 3 July at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern. Due to illness and after a thorough medical examination, the performance has to be cancelled on doctor’s advice. Unfortunately, the concert cannot be rescheduled due to the current tour planning. Tickets can be returned at the place of purchase. We deeply regret the circumstances and thank you for your understanding. We wish Pink a speedy and full recovery.”

Despite the cancellation, fans remain supportive and understanding of Pink’s need to prioritize her health. Her next concert is scheduled to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Saturday, where fans are hopeful she will make a triumphant return.

Last month, Pink took some time off with her two children to explore the UK while performing there. She was spotted by fans in London’s West End after watching “Matilda the Musical” with her children. Additionally, Pink shared a delightful moment with her fans by filming herself dancing next to the historical landmark Stonehenge.

Pink’s dedication to her craft and her fans is evident, and her health and well-being are paramount. As she recovers, her fans eagerly await her return to the stage, ready to be captivated once again by her electrifying performances.
